【摘要】 目的:比较巨刺法配合穴位注射与单纯针刺治疗面肌痉挛的疗效差异。方法:选择面肌痉挛患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组均以毫针针刺头针运动区、舞蹈震颤区、四白、颧髎、听会、阳陵泉、太冲,每次留针30分钟。治疗组加用葛根素注射液200mg,每周3次,10次为一疗程,共治疗20次。结果:两组治疗均较前有明显效果(均p<0.05);治疗组较对照组效果更明显(p<0.05)。结论:巨刺法合穴位注射治疗面肌痉挛优于单纯针刺组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of giant needling combined with acupoint injection and acupuncture alone on hemifacial spasm. Methods: 60 patients with hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). In both groups, filiform needles were applied to the scalp acupuncture movement area,dance tremor area, sibai, zygomatic bone, hearing, Yanglingquan and taichong, and the needles were retained for 30 minutes at a time. The treatment group received 200 mg puerarin injection 3 times a week for 10 times as a course of treatment for a total of 20 times. Results: the two groups had obvious effect than before(all p < 0.05); The effect of treatment group was more obviousthan that of control group(p<0.05). Conclusion: Giant needling combined with acupoint injection is better than acupuncture alone in treating HFS.更多还原
