【摘要】 目的:观察通督调神针刺法治疗更年期不寐的临床疗效,为针灸治疗更年期不寐提供新的方法及证据。方法:将30例更年期不寐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。治疗组采用通督调神针刺法,对照组采用药物治疗。比较两组治疗后30天临床疗效。结果:治疗组30天总有效率86.7%,对照组30总有效率66.7%;治疗组60天总有效率93.3%,对照组60天总有效率80.0%;2组间不同时间有效率比较均有显著性差异(p<0.01,p<0.01)。结论:通督调神针刺法是治疗更年期不寐的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect, provide a new method and evidence for acupuncture treatment of menopausal insomnia. Methods 30 cases of menopausal insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 15 cases in each group.The treatment group adopts bushing kidney acupuncture, control group with drug treatment. To compare the clinical effect of 30 groups after two days of treatment. Results after treatment in the two groups curative effect comparison of the total efficiency difference was significant(P <0.01).
