【摘要】 目的:观察不同时期针灸联合西药治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法:以湖北省中医院针灸科面瘫专科门诊及住院就诊的武汉及其周边患者为研究对象,2017年02月至2018年02月共收集128例贝尔面瘫患者,其中符合入组病例90例,采用临床随机对照(RCT)的研究设计方案,将患者分为急性期针灸治疗组、急性期针灸配合西药治疗组、恢复期(发病14天)后针灸配合西药治疗组,观察疗效并进行统计分析。结果:A组与B组临床总有效率明显高于C组,且平均治愈时间明显低于C组(P<0.05),A组与B组之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个月随访结果显示,A组与B组中仅有2例见面肌痉挛与联带运动等不良反应,而C组中有4人遗留有明显后遗症。结论:急性期针灸联合激素及维生素治疗贝尔面瘫临床疗效显著,早期干预能能缩短治愈时间,有效改善预后,安全性好,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with medicine in treating Bell’s facial paralysis.Methods:The study was conducted from February 2017 to February 2018, Patients in and around wuhan who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient department of the acupuncture and moxibustion of hubei provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, A total of 128 patients with Bell’s facial paralysis were collected,among them,90 cases were eligible for enrollment, a randomized controlled trial(RCT) was used,with 30 granules in each group,Croup A were treated with acupuncture in acute stage;Croup B were treated with acupuncture and western medicine therapy in acute stage;Croup C were treated with acupuncture and western medicine therapy in stationary phase.The curative effect was observed and statistically analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of group A and group B was significantly higher than that of group C(P < 0.05), the average curtive time significantly lower than that of group C.there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Results of a 3-month follow-up were obtained.In group A and group B,there were only 2 patients with adverse reactions such as facial muscle spasm and associated motor,while in group C,there were 4 patients with obvious sequelae.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with hormono and vitamin in the treatment of bell facial paralysis has significant clinical effectively improve the prognosis, early intervention can shorten the healing time good safety,worthy of promotion.更多还原
