电针夹脊联合康复训练治疗不完全性脊髓损伤患者的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:观察夹脊电针联合康复训练治疗不完全性脊髓损伤患者的临床疗效。方法:根据纳入及排除标准,本研究共纳入不完全性脊髓损伤患者68例,随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组均有34名患者。两组患者均予常规康复训练治疗,在此基础上,对照组联合夹脊常规针法治疗;治疗组联合夹脊电针治疗,每天治疗1次,6次治疗为1个疗程,完成1个疗程治疗后患者休息1天。完成为期90天的治疗后,对两组患者功能评分改善情况进行评价。结果:治疗后,两组患者的运动功能和感觉功能均有一定程度改善,且治疗组患者改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:夹脊电针联合康复训练治疗不完全性脊髓损伤患者的临床疗效明显。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with incomplete spinal cord injury. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 68 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury were included in this study and randomly divided into two groups. There were 34 patients in both the control group and the treatment group. Patients in both groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training. On this basis, the control group was combined with routine chippingacupuncture.The treatment group combined with chiropractic electroacupuncture was treated once a day, 6 times of treatment was one course of treatment, and the patients rested for 1 day after completing one course of treatment.The improvement of functional scores in both groups was evaluated after 90 days treatment.Results: After treatment, motor function and sensory function of patients in both groups were improved to some extent, and the improvement degree of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Clipping electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of incomplete spinal cord injury.
