【摘要】 目的:观察电针联合药物治疗甲状腺相关眼病的临床疗效,为治疗甲状腺相关眼病提供新思路、新方法。方法:将符合纳入标准的47例甲状腺相关眼病患者随机分为电针治疗组(24例,48只眼)和药物组(23例,46只眼)。电针治疗组采用电针加聚乙烯醇滴眼液滴眼治疗法,药物组单纯采用聚乙烯醇滴眼液滴眼进行治疗。两组患者在治疗前分别进行人口学特征分析、突眼度、眼睑退缩量、复视情况、CAS、病情严重度及生活质量评分,在具有可比性的前提下,完善治疗后,再进行上述检查和评分。结果:治疗结束后,两组患者突眼度均低于治疗前(均P<0.05,且电针治疗组优于药物组;电针治疗组眼睑退缩量、复视情况、病情严重度、生活质量评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05;电针治疗组总有效率为95.8%,药物组有效率为56.5%,电针治疗组优于药物组。结论:电针联合人工泪液治疗甲状腺相关眼病要优于单纯人工泪液治疗;人工泪液对于保护眼角膜,对突眼和眼睑退缩好转有促进作用,但对复视无明显作用。眶内电针安全性评价较好,无严重不良副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of GO, and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of GO.Methods 47 patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy, who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into 2 groups: electroacupuncture treatment group(24 cases), drug group(23 cases). Electroacupuncture treatment group(EA) was in the therapy of electroacupuncture combined with Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops eye drops, and drug group only treated with Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops eye drops. Two groups of patients were demographic characteristics analysis, the degree of exophthalmos and diplopia, eyelid retraction, CAS,severity and quality of life score before treatment, in the comparable premise, improve after treatment, then the inspection and grading.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to make statistical analysis of the data.Results after treatment, both groups were lower than before(both p<0.05),and electroacupuncture treatment group is superior to the drug group,electroacupuncture treatment group eyelid retraction volume, diplopia, severity of disease,quality of life score are better than before treatment(p<0.05); The total effective rate of electroacupuncture treatment group is 95.8%, the drug group had an efficiency of 56.5% and the Electroacupuncture treatment group was superior to the drug group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with artificial tears in the treatment of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy is better than that pure artificial tear. Artificial tear can promote the eye and eyelid retraction, but it has no obvious effect on diplopia. The safety evaluation of the electric needle in the orbit was better without serious side effects.更多还原
