【摘要】 目的:观察"养血荣任针法"对冲任失调型黄褐斑患者的治疗作用。方法:门诊纳入62例黄褐斑患者,随机分为针灸治疗组和西药对照组,每组各31例。针灸治疗组脱落3例,28例进入统计分析,西药对照组脱落2例,29例进入统计分析。针灸治疗组予"养血荣任针法"配合局部围刺针灸治疗,每日1次,每周5次,共治疗90天,西药对照组口服氨甲环酸片(妥塞敏),每次0.5g(1片),每日3次,治疗90天,观察2组患者治疗前后皮损面积评分和皮损颜色评分、月经周期、月经不调中医症候评分值,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗结束后,2组患者皮损面积评分和皮损颜色评分较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗结束后,与西药对照组比较,针灸治疗组患者皮损面积评分和皮损颜色评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗结束后,与西药对照组比较,针灸治疗组月经周期和月经不调中医症候均得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸治疗组黄褐斑和月经不调中医症候总有效率均显著高于西药对照组。差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:"养血荣任针法"能有效改善冲任失调型黄褐斑,使黄褐斑面积缩小、颜色变浅,并能改善冲任失调型黄褐斑患者的月经周期和月经不调中医症候。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of "Yangxuerongren Acupuncture" on melasma with disorder of Chong and Ren meridian. Methods A total of 62 cases of Melasma with disorder of Chong and Ren meridian were randomly divided into a acupuncture group(31 cases,3 cases dropping) and a western medicine control group(31 cases, 2 cases dropping)."Yangxuerongren Acupuncture" was treated in the treatment group, the treatment was given 30 minutes each time, 5 times a week, 65 times for a total course of treatment, and Tranexamic Acid tablets were treated in the control group, the tablet wsa given 0.5 g(1 tablet)each time, 3 times a day, 90 days for a total course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the scores were assessed that contain of skin lesion area, skin lesion color, days of menstrual cycle, TCM symptoms of measurements of irregular menstruationmen. Results After treatment, the skin lesion area score and skin lesion color score of 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). After Treatment, both skin lesion area score and skin lesion color score of acupuncture treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05). After treatment, days of menstrual cycle and TCM symptoms of measurements score of irregular menstruationmen of treatment group were improved significantly compared with those of control group, the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05); total effective rate and TCM symptoms of measurements score of irregular menstruationmen of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group, difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion "Yangxuerongren Acupuncture" can effectively improve area and color of skin lesion in patients with melasma with disorder of Chong and Ren meridian, as well as improve menstrual cycle and TCM symptoms of measurements of irregular menstruationmen.更多还原
