【摘要】 [目的]系统总结分析王树庆教授治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的用药规律。[方法]搜集2014年11月至2017年12月王树庆门诊治疗的140例慢性再障病例,将患者临床相关资料进行统计整理,对病例中的中药进行频数统计分析,对频数较高的前36味中药进行系统聚类分析。[结果]140例患者共用中药153种,累计用药频次2228次,使用频次最多的是熟地,其次为山萸肉、当归、泽泻、黄芪等。对42味核心药物进行聚类分析,得出6类功效不同的药物组合。[结论]王树庆教授辨治慢性再障,以补肾、活髓、通络为根本治疗大法,以愈障汤为基础方,用药灵活,疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To discover herbal medicine application regulation of Wang Shuqing in chronic aplastic anemia treatment. [Methods] Collect 140 cases of chronic aplastic anemia from Chinese medicine clinic system during November 2014 to December 2017 and establish clinical prescription underlying database. Apply descriptive analysis to drug frequency, and apply cluster analysis to 36 drugs in the highest frequency. [Results] There are 153 kinds herbals in 140 cases. The cumulative frequency of medication is 2228.The top list of the highest frequency medicines are prepared rehmannia root,pulp of dogwood fruit,Angelica sinensis, rhizoma alismatis and Astragalus membranaceus.Cluster analysis divides drugs into six categories. [Conclusion] Wang Shuqing make tonifying kidney,invigorate the circulation of marrow,dredging collaterals as his main therapies rules;use Yu Zhang Tang as his major herbal prescription.更多还原
