【摘要】 目的探讨研究轴向载荷分担比测试指导Taylor空间支架治疗成人开放性胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析了2016年2月～2017年12月收治的60例成人开放性胫腓骨骨折病例,根据骨折术后是否行轴向载荷分担比测试分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组患者年龄、性别、致伤原因、骨折类型、受伤至手术时间等一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。记录并比较两组患者TSF使用时间,骨折愈合时间以及并发症的发生率。结果两组患者均获随访,随访时间6～22个月,平均8.03个月。实验组患者TSF使用时间,骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后实验组发生针道感染2例、骨折延迟愈合2例,并发症发生率为13.33%;对照组发生针道感染3例及骨折延迟愈合4例,并发症发生率为23.33%;两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.317>0.05)。结论轴向载荷分担比测试指导Taylor空间支架力学测试治疗成人开放性胫腓骨骨折,可以有效促进骨折愈合,减少骨折愈合时间,降低患者带架时间,节约医疗资源,可进行广泛临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the axial load sharing ratio test in guiding the Taylor space stent in the treatment of open tibiofibular fractures in adults.Method:Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of adult open tibiofibular fractures from February 2016 to December 2017 were divided into experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) according to axial load sharing ratio test after fracture.). There were no significant differences in the age, sex, cause of injury, type of fracture, type of fracture, and time to injury from the two groups(P>0.05). The time of TSF use, the time of fracture healing and the incidence of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:Both groups were followed up for 6 to 22 months with an average of 8.03 months. The TSF use time and fracture healing time of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the experimental group, 2 cases had needle infection and 2 cases had delayed union healing, and the complication rate was 13.33%. In the control group, 3 cases had needle infection and 4 cases had delayed fracture healing, and the complication rate was 23.33%. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications(P=0.317>0.05).Conclusion:axial load sharing ratio test guides the Taylor space scaffold mechanics test for the treatment of open tibiofibular fractures in adults, which can effectively promote fracture healing,reduce fracture healing time, reduce patient lead time, save medical resources, and can be widely clinically promoted.更多还原
