【摘要】 目的初步探讨有限切开复位、逆行交锁髓内钉联合锁定钢板固定治疗复杂股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法前瞻性分析2015年3月至2018年3月我院采用有限切开复位、逆行交锁髓内钉联合锁定钢板固定治疗的13例复杂股骨远端粉碎性骨折。术后随访手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率等,随访12个月后行患膝关节功能评分。结果手术时间平均99.7 min,术中出血量平均2662ml,除两例伤口出现表浅感染外,余无明显术后并发症发生。术后功能优良率达84.7%。结论有限切开复位、交锁髓内钉联合锁定钢板固定治疗复杂股骨远端粉碎性骨折因其具有高度稳定性、微创性及简便性,值得在临床中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To initially observe the clinical outcome of treatment of complex fracture of distal femur by limited open reduce and fixation by retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail combined with Locking plate. Methods Prospectively analyzed 13 cases suffered from very complex fracture of distal femur treated by limited open reduction and fixation by retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail combined with Locking plates from October 2010 to October 2013. Follow-up post operation includes duration of operation,bleeding volume, fracture healing time and complication, et al. Furthermore function score of fractured knee was performed as Merchant score. Results The operation was performed with average operation time of 99.7 min and bleeding of 266.2 ml. No obvious complications were found post operation just except two superficial incision infections, as well as excellent and good rate of function score up to 84.7%. Conclusions It is as highly stable, micro-trauma and convenient that the treatment by limited open reduction and fixation by retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail combined with locking plates tocomplex distal femur fracture can be spread in clinic, especial in basic hospital.更多还原
