单件小批量砂型铸造企业熔炼浇注炉次计划研究

【摘要】 现阶段单件小批量砂型铸造企业熔炼浇注炉次计划主要依靠人工经验进行编排,存在炉次计划优化不足、排产效率较低、熔炼炉容量利用量不高等问题,本文开展单件小批量砂型企业熔炼浇注炉次计划研究。首先建立了单件小批量砂型企业熔炼浇注炉次计划优先级模型和炉次计划数学模型;其次提出了以改进二元蝙蝠算法为核心的炉次计划贪婪式规则求解策略;最后开发了熔炼浇注智能化炉次计划系统,应用于一家单件小批量砂型企业。效果表明,对比人工编排炉次计划,使用该系统可获得更优的炉次计划、更短的排产时间、更高的熔炼炉容量利用量。

【Abstract】 In view of the problems existing in the scheduling of smelting and pouring furnace of single small-batch sand mold casting enterprises, such as insufficient optimization of smelting and pouring furnace schedule, low efficiency of production scheduling and low capacity and consumption of melting furnace, this paper carries out the research on the scheduling of smelting and pouring furnace of single small-batch sand mold casting enterprises. Firstly, the smelting and pouring charge plan priority model and the charge plan mathematical model are established for single piece and small batch sand casting enterprise. Secondly, a greedy rule solution strategy based on the improved binary bat algorithm is proposed, and the improved the binary bat algorithm is to solve charge plan in each casting family. Finally, the smelting and pouring intelligent charge plan system is developed and applied to a single piece and small batch sand casting enterprise. Compared with the manually making charge plan, the application results show that this system can obtain the better charge plan, reduce the scheduling time and improve the capacity utilization of the melting furnace.
