【摘要】 目的比较替加环素在人体的肺组织浓度与血药浓度,帮助临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法阐述血-支气管肺泡屏障对抗菌药物分布过程的影响,介绍抗菌药物肺组织浓度及渗透性的检测和计算方法,总结、对比和分析替加环素的肺组织浓度与血药浓度。结果目前针对替加环素在人体肺组织中浓度的研究很少,少量研究结果表明替加环素在健康受试者肺泡上皮细胞衬液中的浓度与血中浓度接近,在肺泡细胞中的浓度显著高于肺泡上皮细胞衬液浓度和血中浓度。尚不清楚替加环素在肺部感染患者的肺组织浓度和血药浓度的变化情况,还需要进一步的临床研究。结论抗菌药物能在感染局部达到有效的抗菌浓度,是抗感染治疗的关键因素之一。临床使用替加环素治疗肺部感染时,应重点关注其肺组织浓度高低,可以帮助临床更合理地应用替加环素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the intrapulmonary concentration and the blood concentration of tigecycline,and help make the clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.Method The effects of blood-bronchial alveolar barrier on the distribution of antimicrobial agents were described;the analysis and calculation methods of lung tissue concentration and penetration of antimicrobials were described;the lung tissue concentration and blood concentration of tigecycline were summarized,compared and analyzed.Results There is a few research on the concentration of tigecycline in human lung tissue.The small amount of researches show that the concentration of tigecycline in the alveolar epithelial lining fluid of healthy subjects is close to that in blood,while the concentration in the alveolar cells is significantly higher than the alveolar epithelial lining fluid concentration and blood concentration.It is unclear how the intrapulmonary concentration and blood concentration of tigecycline in patients are change.Therefore,the further clinical studies are needed.Conclusion It is one of the key factors in anti-infection therapy weather antimicrobial drugs can achieve effective antibacterial concentration in the infected area.When the clinical use tigecycline to treat pulmonary infection,they should focus on the lung tissue concentration,which can help them use tigecycline more rational.更多还原
