【摘要】 (目的)本文报道犬椎间盘突出的诊断与治疗1例。(方法)1例3岁吉娃娃犬突然出现四肢僵硬,站立不稳的情况。经DR及核磁检查发现,患犬第12、13胸椎有突出现象,椎间隙变窄。对患犬进行了小切口开窗髓核摘除术。(结果)经手术治疗及术后复健,患犬5 d后可以正常站立,7 d后可正常行走。(结论)小切口开窗髓核摘除术对急性椎间盘突出有良好的治疗效果,该病例对于临床相关疾病诊疗有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 (Objective) The paper reported the diagnosis and treatment of a dog slipped disc herniation.(Method) A 3-year-old chihuahua suddenly developed stiff limbs and unstable standing.DR and MRI showed that the 12 th and 13 th thoracic vertebra of the dog had protrusion and narrowing of vertebral space.Fenestration of spinal cord nucleus pulposus was performed in the dog.(Result) After surgery and postoperative rehabilitation,the dog was able to stand normally after 5 days and walk normally after 7 days.(Conclusion) Small incision fenestration of nucleus pulposus has good therapeutic effect on acute disc herniation.This case has certain reference value and significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.更多还原
