【摘要】 (目的)本文报道犬多中心型淋巴瘤1例。(方法)为确定患犬淋巴结肿瘤性质,采用血液学检查、影像学检查、细胞学检查及抗原基因重排PCR检测,B超显示该犬腹腔多处淋巴结肿大,细胞学检查高度疑似淋巴瘤,抗原基因重排PCR检测,(结果)确诊为多中心型B细胞淋巴瘤。(结论)对该病例进行归纳总结,以期对临床上此类疾病的诊断与治疗提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 (Objective)The paper reported a case of multicentric lymphoma in canine.(Method)To determine the nature of a canine lymph node tumor,hematology,imaging,cytology and antigen receptor gene rearrangement PCR were performed,B-mode ultrasound showed multiple abdominal lymph node enlargement,cytological examination highly suspected lymphoma,(Result) PCR detection of antigen receptor gene rearrangement confirmed polycentric b-cell lymphoma.(Conclusion)This case is summarized in order to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.更多还原
