“始于颜值,陷于才华,忠于人品”?——网络时代追星热背后粉丝的心理动机

【摘要】 近年来,随着网络社交媒体助推的各类选秀节目的出现和造星产业的崛起,粉丝"追星"已经成为一大社会热点。"粉丝"是指对某人或某事怀有相当直率、明确的爱慕情感的群体,"追星"也叫偶像崇拜,是指个人对其所喜好人物的社会认同和情感依恋。网络为粉丝们追星提供了平台,新媒体和社交网络增强了粉丝在追星过程中的参与性,并且打破了他们在媒介市场进行情感表达的壁垒。在已有研究中,传播学领域关注于新媒体背景下的粉丝追星现象,心理学领域关注于追星对于青少年心理社会认知等方面的影响,但缺乏从两个学科整合的研究视角,对于网络时代的追星现象研究流于表面,因此有必要探讨网络时代粉丝追星的心理动机。本研究在访谈与文献梳理的基础上,从粉丝群体中流传已久的"始于颜值,陷于才华,忠于人品"三个阶段中归纳探索互联网背景下粉丝追星动机的影响因素。"始于"的特征包括面孔吸引力,注意偏向,目前已有研究表明个体对高吸引力的面孔存在明显的注意偏向。随着加工水平的不断深入,粉丝进入"陷于"阶段,粉丝对偶像的某些特殊品质或能力的认同产生情感投射,偶像成为粉丝的真实自我与理想自我之间沟通的桥梁,而互联网打破了粉丝与偶像时间与空间的阻隔,互动式的交流形成了粉丝对偶像参与式的陪伴,不断加深了粉丝的沉浸感,从而形成一种建立在网络空间的想象的亲密关系,也就是"拟态亲密关系",即为所谓的"忠于"阶段。由于不同粉丝的心理需求与个人特质不同,也形成不同类型的粉丝,例如"事业粉"、"女友粉"、"妈妈粉"等等。但是目前的研究局限于将粉丝作为一个整体进行研究,而未对由于不同的心理需求和个人特质而形成的不同类型的粉丝进行区分及深入研究,未来的研究可以考虑研究粉丝群体心理机制的各个阶段的特点,进一步细化粉丝群体的个人特质和类别,探讨与追星行为有关的个体、家庭、社会的影响因素以及这一行为对个体的发展产生的影响,进而引导粉丝建立起健康合理的偶像观。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the emergence of various kinds of talent shows fueled by social media and the rise of the star-making industry, fans’ "Star-chasing" has become a big social hotspot. "Fan" refers to a group of people who have a fairly straightforward and definite affection for someone or something. "Star-chasing", also known as idolatry, refers to an individual’s social identification and emotional attachment to his or her favorite character. The Internet provides a platform for fans to follow stars. New media and social networks enhance the participation of fans in the process of following stars and break down the barriers of their emotional expression in the media market. In existing research, focus on new media communication field under the background of fans make track for a star phenomenon, focus on the field of psychology psychological social cognition for teenagers make track for a star, but a lack of integration from the two subjects of research perspective, research on star worship in the Internet age is superficial, so it is necessary to explore the psychological motivation fans make track for a star network times. Based on interviews and literature review, this study summarizes and explores the influencing factors of fans’ star-worshiping motivation under the background of the Internet from the three stages of "starting from appearance level, trapped in talent and loyal to character" that have been circulating for a long time among fans.Features of "Starting" include facial attractiveness and attention bias. Currently, the existing research has shown that individuals have obvious attention bias towards highly attractive faces. With the level of processing deeper, fans entered the stage of "Trapped".In this stage, the identity with some special quality or ability of idol brings to an emotion projection and then idol becomes the bridge for fans of communication between the actual self and ideal self. Besides that the Internet has broken the time and space between fans and idol, the interactive communication has formed a participatory companyship. the deepening immersion of fans lead to the appearance of "Imagination Intimate Relationship", a kind of intimate relationship in the Internet. At the moment, it’s said that the fans were in the stage of "Loyalty". There are different kinds of fans such as "career-fan"、"mother-fan"、"girlfriend-fan" according to their own needs and personality. But current researcher regarded the fans as a whole, but didn’t think about distinguishing the fans with different psychological needs and personal characteristics.Future research need to explore the feature of each stage of star-chasing.And refine the personality and categories of fans, and discuss the influence factors of individual, family, society related to star-chasing and the impact on one’s development to build the healthy and reasonable view of star-chasing.
