基于内滤效应同步荧光猝灭法检测食品工业废水中的对硝基苯酚

【摘要】 对硝基苯酚(PNP)在工业生产中有着广泛的应用,但其残留的持久性和毒性会对人体健康造成潜在的危害。为分析食品工业废水中的对硝基苯酚含量,设计了一种多功能的荧光纳米探针传感平台。在这项工作中,采用一步水热的方法合成了氮、硅共掺杂碳量子点(N,Si-CDs),发现其具有优异的荧光信号和水分散性。基于内滤效应同步荧光猝灭法检测对硝基苯酚的含量,用普通荧光分光光度计在360 nm激发条件下监测待测物441 nm处发射峰的光致发光强度。试验结果表明:随着待检物浓度的增加,光致发光强度逐渐下降且呈现出良好的线性关系:F0-F=85134.850+16108.316x,决定系数(R2)为0.991,检出限(LOD)低至0.011μmol/L。对自来水和湖水进行加标回收率实验,发现在2.5~25μmol/L的PNP浓度范围,回收率为93.30%~106.30%,相对标准偏差<1%。该方法简单省时,精确可靠,重复性好,抗干扰能力强,非常适用于食品工业废水中对硝基苯酚的定性与定量分析。
【Abstract】 P-nitrophenol(PNP) has been widely applied to industry processing for many purposes,but the persistence and toxicity of residuum may pose risks to human health.To analyze PNP in food industrial wastewater,a versatile fluorescent probe sensing platform was proposed.In this work,the nitrogen,silicon co-doped carbon dots(N,Si-CDs) were generated in a one-step hydrothermal synthesis,and which possessed outstanding fluorescence signal and water-dispersity.Subsequently,emission at 441 nm was monitored with excitation at 360 nm to assess PNP residues using a common spectrofluorometer by fluorescence determination originating from the inner filter effect(IFE).The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of the sample,the intensity of photoluminescence decreased gradually and displayed a good linear relationship:F0-F=85134.850+16108.316 x.The coefficient of determination(R2) of this method was 0.991,and the detection limit was as low as 0.011 μmol/L.Analysis of tap and lake water led to 93.30%-106.30% recoveries and <1% relative standard deviation at 2.5-25 μmol/L PNP concentrations.The new method was simple,time-saving,accurate,reliable,prefect reproducible and anti-interference.Therefore,it is a promising method for the identification and quantitation of PNP in food industrial wastewater.
