基于RS与GIS技术的尾矿库流域风险监测

【摘要】 为监测尾矿库的风险,以赤城县为例,利用GF-1高分辨率遥感影像,基于RS及GIS手段对尾矿库的流域风险进行了监测分析。首先通过目视解译得到研究区尾矿库59个,然后选取DEM数据提取流域轮廓信息及分级河网,进而基于Arc Hydro模型模拟尾矿库的溃坝路径。最后通过构建溃坝路径的缓冲区,得到尾矿库发生溃坝所造成的地物影响范围及面积。研究结果表明:赤城县尾矿库的溃坝路径总体是从西向东,从北向南,受溃坝影响的地物总面积达到480km~2。其中,林地176.52km~2,耕地175.52km~2,城市建设用地43.74km~2,农村建设用地2.47km~2,水体受灾面积达到17.72km~2,草地和牧场受灾面积分别为3.60km~2、1.22km~2。研究结果表明,利用RS及GIS手段对尾矿库进行监测和分析并提出安全预警具有重要的研究意义和实用价值,可以满足大范围的尾矿库监测及风险评价,提升尾矿库的风险管理水平及应急响应能力,为有关部门制定决策提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Aiming at tailings reservoir risk monitoring and analysis,an approach based on RS and GIS method are proposed,and tested using GF-1 high resolution satellite image over Chicheng area.During this research,totally 59 tailing reservoirs over research area were obtained by visual interpretation.And then watershed contour information and leveled grade river network were extracted with the support of DEM data.Next,dam break paths of the tailings reservoir were simulated using Arc Hydro model.Finally,areas and corresponding extensions caused by dam break were achieved by constructing buffer zones of dam break path.The results demonstrate that dam break paths of tailing reservoir were generally from west to east,and from north to south over research area.Total affected area caused by dam break reached 480 km~2,where area of forest is 176.52 km~2;farmland is 175.52 km~2;urban building is 43.74 km~2;rural building is 2.47 km~2;water land is 17.72 km~2;grassland and pasture is 3.60 km~2 and 1.22 km~2 respectively.The results also indicate that RS and GIS technology can widely satisfy the need of tailings reservoir monitoring and risk analysis,thereby improving the risk management level and emergency response capability,as well as provide a theoretical basic support for relevant decision making.
