含氟废水处理实验研究
Experimental study on treatment of wastewater containing fluorine

【摘要】 本文选用不同来源的含氟废水,采用不同的实验方法,分别探讨了混凝法对矿井水中氟化物的处理效果以及电絮凝法、混凝法对燃煤脱硫废水中氟化物的处理效果。混凝法对矿井水中浊度的去除效果明显,对氟化物的去除效果一般,矿井水悬浮物去除过程中,对矿井水除氟具有一定的效果。电絮凝处理脱硫废水,对氟化物的去除效果显著,四个因素的影响显著程度排序为电絮凝时间、电解温度、电流强度、极板间距。基于电絮凝法处理燃煤电厂脱硫废水除氟效果、常规混凝处理矿井水悬浮物过程中附带除氟效果的启迪,进而形成了矿井水除氟的思路和技术途径,进而为下一步进一步开发矿井水除氟工艺提供了技术支持。
【Abstract】 In this paper,different sources of fluoride wastewater were selected and different experimental methods were used to discuss the treatment effects of coagulation on fluoride in mine water,electric flocculation and coagulation on fluoride in coal desulfurization wastewater.Coagulation had an obvious effect on removing turbidity in mine water,and a general effect on removing fluoride.In the process of removing suspended solids in mine water,it had a certain effect on removing fluorine in mine water.Electric flocculation treatment of desulfurization wastewater,fluoride removal effect was significant,the influence degree of the four factors was ranked as electrocoagulation time,electrolytic temperature,current intensity,plate spacing.Based on the fluorine removal effect of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants treated by electric flocculation and the enlightenment of fluorine removal effect attached in the process of conventional coagulation treatment of suspended solids in mine water,the ideas and technical approaches of fluorine removal from mine water were formed,which provided technical support for further development of fluorine removal process of mine water in the next step.
