电场处理对渣金反应元素迁移的影响研究

【摘要】 通过在渣-金反应间添加脉冲电场,来使渣中的杂质元素进行定向迁移,进入铁水中,使热态钢渣得以回收利用,同时高磷硫的铁水也可以加以利用。实验发现增大脉冲电压能够显著提高磷和硫元素在渣金间的迁移率,同样,降低钢渣的黏度,也能够有利于磷和硫从渣相向金属相迁移;钢渣的黏度越小,即渣中Ca F2含量越高,磷和硫元素的迁移率越高,钢渣中磷和硫含量降低直至趋于稳定值。
【Abstract】 By adding pulsed electric field to the reaction between slag and metal, the impurity elements in slag can be directionally migrated into molten iron, so that the molten slag can be recycled, and high phosphorus and sulfur molten iron can also be used. Experiments show that increasing pulse voltage can significantly improve the mobility of phosphorus and sulfur between slags. Similarly, reducing the viscosity of steel slag can also facilitate the migration of phosphorus and sulfur from slag to molten iron. The lower the viscosity of steel slag, which means a higher content of CaF2 in slag, the higher the mobility of phosphorus and sulfur. And the content of phosphorus and sulfur in steel slag would reduce to a stable value gradually.
