高耐酸性管线钢的研制和性能研究

【摘要】 为满足当前酸性油气田开发需要,针对当前管道工程对耐酸性管线钢要求的提高,鞍钢抓住市场机遇,成功开发了高耐酸性X52MS/X60MS管线钢热轧卷板,并稳定化生产了9600t。技术上采用了低碳低锰微合金化设计、纯净钢冶炼技术和热机械轧制工艺技术,炼钢过程中严格控制杂质元素含量和夹杂物形貌、数量,连铸过程中着重抑制偏析,轧制过程中严格控制工艺窗口,使晶粒细小、组织均匀,并抑制珠光体带状组织产生。性能检验结果表明,产品具有优异的强度、韧性和耐酸性,特别是可耐加载实际屈服强度的0.80倍的SSCC检验,为国内开发优质耐酸性管线钢提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the development needs of acidic oil and gas field and improvement of requirements for acidic pipeline steel in current pipeline projects, Ansteel seized the market opportunity and successfully developed high acidic X52 MS/X60 MS pipeline steel hot-rolled coils, and completed production of 9600 tons stabilized. Low carbon and low manganese, microalloying design, pure steel smelting technology and thermomechanical rolling technology are adopted. The content of impurity elements and the morphology and quantity of inclusions are strictly controlled in steelmaking process. Segregation is restrained in continuous casting process. The process window is strictly controlled in rolling process, so that the grain size is fine and the structure is uniform, and the production of pearlite banded structure is restrained. The test results show that the product has excellent strength, toughness and acid resistance, especially the SSCC test stressed with 0.80 of the actual yield strength, which provides a reference for the development of high-quality acid-resistant pipeline steel in China.
