低碳钢铁素体轧制的力学性能和织构研究

【摘要】 本文通过XRD检测方法对铁素体区轧制低碳钢热轧板和退火板的织构进行了分析,并对低碳钢退火板进行了力学性能测试和凸耳实验。结果表明:热轧板的织构整体较弱,强度在1到2之间,没有明显的择优取向;退火板中形成了较强且均匀的{111}<110>和{111}<112>织构,这有利于提高退火板的r值和降低?r值。退火板的屈服强度为216MPa,抗拉强度为326MPa,伸长率为42.5%、屈强比为0.66、n值为0.18、r值为1.14、?r值为0.07,最大凸耳率为2.44%。
【Abstract】 In present paper, the texture of hot rolled and annealing plate of low carbon steel under ferritic rolling was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), and the mechanical properties and earing tests of annealing plate were carried out. According to the results, the texture of hot-plated is weak overall and the intensity ranges from 1 to 2, indicating that there is no strong preferred orientation. The strong and uniform textures of {111}<110> and {111}<112> were formed in the annealing plate, which is beneficial to improve the r value and reduce the ?r value. The yield strength, the tensile strength, the elongation, the yield ratio, the n value, the r value the ?r value, and the maximum earing rate of the annealing plate are 216 MPa, 326 MPa, 42.5%, 0.66, 0.18, 1.14, 0.07 and 2.44%, respectively.
