Q690钢新型差温轧制工艺的有限元模拟与验证

【摘要】 针对厚板轧制后心部变形小,中心晶粒尺寸粗大的问题,采用模拟与实验相结合的方法,建立了厚板轧制的有限元仿真模型,研究了道次间差温轧制对钢板表面、心部、1/4处变形量及晶粒尺寸的影响,并与传统均温轧制进行了对比,在国家高效轧制中心进行了轧制实验验证。结果表明,道次间差温轧制相比均温轧制在心部和1/4处有更大的变形量,从而促进静态再结晶的发生并细化晶粒尺寸,实验值相比均温轧制分别细化了11μm、10.5μm。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of small core deformation and coarse grain size after rolling of thick plate, a finite element simulation model of thick plate rolling was established by the combination of simulation and experiment. The effect of inter-pass temperature gradient rolling on deformation and grain size at the surface, core and 1/4 of the plate was studied, and compared with the traditional uniform temperature rolling.The rolling test was carried out in the national high-efficiency rolling center. The results show that theinter-pass temperature gradient rolling has a larger deformation at the core and 1/4 than the uniform temperature rolling, which promotes the occurrence of static recrystallization and refines the grain size. Compared with the uniform temperature rolling, the experimental values are refined by 10.5μm and 11μm, respectively.
