JMatPro在核电SA738 Gr.B钢热处理工艺设计中的应用

【摘要】 应用JMatPro软件对核电SA738Gr.B钢进行了材料特性参数模拟计算和热处理参数的制定。结果表明,核电SA738 Gr.B钢的Ac1=695℃,Ac3=807℃,Ms=399℃,淬透性能良好,淬火组织主要为贝氏体。在A3温度以上难溶碳化物数量较少,仅有MC型碳化物稳定存在;在670℃回火时会沿晶界析出大尺寸的M23C6型碳化物,严重影响钢的韧性,故回火加热温度应控制在670℃以下。
【Abstract】 JMat Pro software was used to simulate the material characteristic parameters and determine the heat treatment parameters of SA738 Gr.B steel.The results show that Ac1=695℃, Ac3=807℃ and Ms=399℃ of the SA738 Gr.B steel which have good hardenability, the quenching microstructure is mainly bainite. There are few insoluble carbides above A3 temperature. Only MC carbides are stable.When tempering at 670℃, large-sized M23C6 carbides will precipitate out along grain boundary, which seriously affects the toughness of steel. Therefore, tempering temperature should be controlled below 670℃.
