板坯连铸过程结晶器内钢液面异常波动的机理

【摘要】 结晶器液面异常波动现象是当前连铸过程的关键共性问题,严重影响生产顺行和钢坯质量的提升。利用液面检测和FFT分析法对某厂的海量液面波动数据(不同钢种,拉速参数,铸坯宽度下)进行频谱分析。结果表明:在包晶钢板坯连铸过程中,结晶器内液面异常波动主频率随着碳含量的增加先增加后减小;在生产不同钢种时,增加拉坯速度时液面异常波动主频率相应增大,增加铸坯宽度时液面异常波动主频率几乎不变。通过以上规律推论,液面异常波动主要是由铸坯不稳定鼓肚产生,其频率与结晶器内钢液固有频率相近时会产生共振导致液面大振幅波动。
【Abstract】 Large amplitude mold level fluctuation is frequently observed in continuous casting specially for peritectic steels, which is proved to deteriorate product quality severely. In this paper, both liquid level detection and FFT analysis method are used to analyze the frequency spectrum of mass mold level fluctuation data in mold(different steel grades, casting speed and slab width), the result shows: In the slab continuous casting process of peritectic steels, with the increase of carbon content, the main frequency and equivalent amplitude of large amplitude mold level fluctuations is first increasing and then decreasing. In the production of various grades of steel, increase casting speed, the main frequency of large amplitude mold level fluctuation increase, increase casting width the main frequency of large amplitude mold level fluctuation change little. Based on these results, a new mechanism can be obtained: large amplitude mold level fluctuation mainly caused by the bulgings that passing through the rollers, and when this frequency approaches the natural frequency of the molten steel in mold, a resonance occurs and resulting in large amplitude(large amplitude) fluctuation of mold level.
