耐火材料对切割丝用钢洁净度的影响

【摘要】 选用SiO2、Al2O3、MgO-Al2O3和MgO-CaO四种不同材质的耐火材料冶炼95Cr切割丝用钢,考察这四种不同材质的耐火材料对于切割丝用钢洁净度的影响,并在此基础上,进一步分析了各种材质耐火材料与钢液的相互作用。实验结果表明,不同材质耐火材料对钢中各元素含量均有较大的影响,不同材质耐火材料对钢中T.O及S有显著影响,其中以MgO-CaO材料最佳,可将全氧含量控制在5×10-6以下,其夹杂物数量较少,尺寸较小,主要为镁类及镁类复合夹杂,因此冶炼95Cr等切割丝用洁净钢时,MgO-CaO材料是最优质的耐火材料选择。

【Abstract】 Four different refractory materials, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO-Al2O3 and MgO-CaO, were selected to smelt 95 Cr cutting wire steel. The influence of these four different refractory materials on the cleanliness of cutting wire steel was investigated. On this basis, the interaction between various refractory materials and molten steel was further analyzed. The experimental results show that refractory materials of different materials have great influence on the content of various elements in steel, and refractory materials of different materials have significant influence on T.O and S in steel, of which MgO-CaO material is the best, which can control the total oxygen content below 5×10–6, and its inclusions are small in number and size, mainly magnesium and magnesium compound inclusions, so MgO-CaO material is the best choice for smelting clean steel for cutting wires such as 95 Cr.
