超高品位铁精矿气基直接还原的可行性研究

【摘要】 本文针对之前提出的超高品位铁精矿直接还原-熔分制备高纯铁新工艺中的直接还原进行可行性研究。研究结果表明:超高品位铁精矿氧化球团在900℃、H2/CO=2/5与1050℃、H2/CO=5/2两种还原条件下的膨胀率分别为243%与51%,不能应用气基竖炉直接还原工艺;添加4%CaO试剂后还原膨胀率分别降低至3.2%和8.8%,可以满足气基竖炉生产要求。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of production of direct reduction iron by using ultra-high grade iron concentrate is discussed in this paper, which is included in new process of preparing high purity iron by direct reduction and melting separation of ultra-high grade iron concentrate. The results show the ultra-high grade iron concentrate oxidized pellet have the problem of high reduction swelling index(243% in the system of reduction temperature 900℃ and H2/CO=2/5 and 51.20% in the system of reduction temperature 1050℃ and H2/CO=5/2), and it can hardly meet the requirements of gas based shaft furnace direct reduction process; the reduction swelling index can be decreased to 3.2% and 8.8% after adding 4% CaO reagent in raw materials, and it can meet the requirents of gas based shaft furnace direct reduction process.
