并罐高炉无钟炉顶设备结构对布料偏析的影响

【摘要】 本文以国内大型并罐高炉为研究对象,利用离散单元法分析了并罐高炉无钟炉顶设备结构包括上料主皮带方位角、料罐出口位置、料罐出口倾角、中心喉管直径和旋转溜槽结构对料面炉料偏析分布的影响。研究结果指出,上料主皮带中心线与两并罐对称面不重合会导致左右料罐布料不对称,由于布料偏析具有遗传性,因此在高炉设计时应避免上料主皮带中心线与两并罐对称面不重合。料罐出口位置位于料罐中心或靠近高炉中心线以及料罐出口倾角为70°时有利于将大颗粒布入高炉中心,小颗粒布入高炉边缘。在中心喉管不堵料的前提下,缩小中心喉管直径有利于减小料面炉料流量偏析。最后,使用料磨料结构的方溜槽可以有效减小料面炉料流量偏析。

【Abstract】 In this study, the domestic large blast furnace with parallel hopper was research object, the influence of bell-less top equipment structure including the azimuth angle of main feeding belt, the outlet position of hopper, the outlet tilting angle of hopper, the diameter of center throat tube and the rotating chute structure on the segregation of burden distribution on the stock surface was analyzed based on Discrete Element Method. The research result shows that the burden distribution is asymmetric during the left and right hopper discharging process due to the main feeding belt centerline not coincidence with the symmetry plane of two parallel hoppers, the main feeding belt centerline should coincidence with the symmetry plane of two parallel hoppers during the blast furnace design process due to the genetic characteristic of burden distribution segregation. It is beneficial to distribute large particles into the center of blast furnace and small particles into the edge of blast furnace when the outlet position of hopper locates in the center of hopper or near the centerline of blast furnace and the hopper outlet tilting angle is 70°. Decreasing the diameter of center throat tube is good to reduce the flux segregation of burden distribution in the stock surface when the clogging phenomenon not occur in the center throat tube. Finally, using the rectangular rotating chute and adding the rock box on the rotating chute can reduce the flux segregation of burden distribution in the stock surface effectively.
