冶金石灰硅钙硫含量的测定-波长色散X射线荧光光谱法

【摘要】 采用一组石灰石、白云石标准样品经过灼烧后,覆盖冶金石灰中主量元素的含量范围,得到满足X荧光光谱法的校准曲线样品,通过熔融制样—波长色散X荧光测量待测元素特征波长的谱线强度,建立了波长色散X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定冶金石灰中硅、钙、硫的方法,各元素的检出限分别为0.050%、1.30%、0.016%。试验结果表明:当硅、钙、硫质量分数分别为4.47%、81.86%、0.107%时,五次测量结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.09%、0.04%和0.49%。方法用于冶金石灰样品中硅、钙、硫的测定,与湿法测定值吻合较好,能满足常规分析要求。

【Abstract】 Using a set of linestone and dolomite standard samples after burning, Covering the content range of major elements in metallurgical lime, A calibration curve sample satisfying X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy was obtained, and the spectral line intensity of the characteristic wavelength of the element to be tested was measured by melting sample-wavelength X-ray fluorescence. Wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF) was established to determine silicon and calcium in metallurgical lime. For the sulfur method,the detection limits of each element are 0.050%,1.30% and 0.016%, respectively.The test results show that when the mass fractions of silicon, calcium and sulfur are 4.47%, 81.86% and 0.107%, respectively,the relative standard deviations(RSD) of the five measuerments are 0.09%, 0.04% and 0.49%, respectively. The method is applied to the determination of silicon, calcium and sulfur in metallurgical lime samples, which is in good agreement with the wet method and can meet the requirements of routine analysis.
