锈损钢结构承载性能退化规律研究
Research on Degradation Law of Bearing Capacity of Steel Structures with Corrosion Damage

【摘要】 许多长期处于工业、海洋大气等腐蚀环境下的钢结构工程,往往难以通过防护和构造措施避免锈蚀。钢结构锈蚀不仅造成资源巨大浪费,同时还对钢结构后续服役性能和安全性产生重要影响。本课题以锈损钢结构(热轧型钢、冷轧型钢)为研究对象,采用试验研究、理论分析、数值模拟相结合的方法,提出了钢结构耐久性检测新技术,建立了既有钢结构锈蚀程度表征参数体系与评定方法,明确了腐蚀环境下钢结构防腐涂层寿命终结标准与预测模型,提出了既有钢结构耐久性综合评价方法,解决了腐蚀环境既有钢结构耐久性检测与评价的技术难题;开展了腐蚀环境下"材料—构件—结构"多层次、"静力—地震—疲劳"多工况的性能评估理论研究,探明了钢结构锈蚀损伤对材料本构关系的影响规律,揭示了锈损钢构件承载性能退化规律与破坏机理,提出了锈蚀钢结构承载性能评估方法,建立了锈蚀钢结构疲劳寿命评估理论,解决了腐蚀环境下既有钢结构性能评估的关键技术难题。
【Abstract】 Many steel structures exposed to the corrosive environment for a long time, including industry and ocean environments, were often difficult to avoid corrosion through protective and structural measures. Corrosion not only causes huge waste of resources, but also has an important impact on the service performance and safety of steel structure. In this paper, the corroded steel structure(hot-rolled steel and cold-formed steel) was taken as the research object, and the experimental research, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were used. A new technology for durability testing of steel structures was proposed, and a characterization parameter system and evaluation method for corrosion degree of existing steel structures were established. The technical problems of durability testing and evaluation of existing steel structures in corrosive environment have been solved, and the performance evaluation theory of "material-componentstructure" and "static-seismic-fatigue" under corrosive environment has been studied. The influence law of corrosion on material constitutive relation of steel structure was explored, and the degradation law and failure mechanism of bearing capacity of corroded steel members were revealed. The evaluation method of bearing capacity of corroded steel structure was proposed. The fatigue life evaluation theory of corroded steel structure was established, and the key technical problems of performance evaluation of existing steel structure under corrosive environment were solved.
