转炉吹炼后期碳含量连续预报模型算法研究

【摘要】 本文分析了三种常用的基于烟气分析技术的转炉碳含量预报模型,即碳积分模型、指数衰减模型和三次方拟合模型,讨论了各模型的优缺点并利用工业生产的实际数据对模型预测效果进行了比较。在综合相关模型算法优点的基础上,提出了一种转炉吹炼后期熔池碳含量连续预报模型的指数修正算法。该算法首先利用历史炉次吹炼后期的脱碳氧效率数据,回归拟合得到历史平均脱碳曲线并以之作为计算参考曲线,再根据每炉实际曲线与参考曲线的偏离度,采用等距离多点连续校正的方法对计算结果及参考曲线进行同步修正,进而对吹炼后期熔池碳含量进行连续精确预报,直至吹炼结束。实践证明,本文提出的指数修正算法能够显著提高模型预报的准确率,终点碳含量预报误差在±0.02%范围内的命中率达到90%以上。

【Abstract】 Several models for carbon content prediction of BOF process based on off-gas analysis were discussed in this paper, such as the integral model, the exponential decay model and the cubic fitting model. The advantages and disadvantages of these models were analysed respectively, then a new exponential model was established by the introduction of a correction algorithm for predicting the carbon content of the bath continuously. The proposed model involves applying the decarburization efficiency data of the historical heats firstly to obtain a average decarburization curve using the regression fitting method. The historical average curve was used as the reference curve to calculate the carbon content of current heat. According to the deviation between the reference curve and the actual curve the calculation results and parameters of the reference curve were corrected simultaneously by isometric multi-point continuous correction method. Plant trials were carried out in a BOF converter to compare the performance of the mentioned models. The results showed that the new model exhibited better adaptability and higher accuracy than the other ones. The hit ratio of the new model reached more than 90% for the prediction of end-point carbon prediction within a tolerance of ±0.02%.
