【摘要】 轧机振动是世界范围内轧制领域的一个技术难题。当轧制高强度、薄规格带钢时,轧机频繁发生强烈振动现象。由于轧制过程呈现多参数、强耦合和非线性特征,使得轧机振动问题研究变得更加复杂化。经过多年专家和学者的不懈探索和研究,取得了一些进展和成果,但还未得到诱发轧机振动机理的公认解释,成为半个多世纪以来轧制领域亟须解决的难题。本课题从铸轧全流程的角度和视野进行研究,也是前人没有进行深入研究的盲区,经过12年承担全国22个轧机机组的振动研究,取得了突破性进展,建立了轧机机电液界多态耦合振动理论体系,总结出一套抑制轧机振动的实用措施,取得了显著的抑振效果,为企业创造了巨大的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Rolling mill vibration is a technical problem in the rolling field worldwide. When rolling high strength and thin gauge strip, the rolling mill often has strong vibration phenomenon. The rolling process is characterized by multi-parameters, strong coupling and non-linearity, which makes the study of rolling mill vibration more complicated. After years of unremitting exploration and research by experts and scholars, some progress and achievements have been made, but the mechanism of induced rolling mill vibration has not been recognized, which has become an urgent problem in the rolling field for more than half a century. In this project, the whole process of casting and rolling is studied from the point of view and field of vision. It is also a blind area that the predecessors have not studied in depth. After 12 years of undertaking the vibration research of 22 rolling mills nationwide, breakthrough progress has been made. A theoretical system of multi-state coupling vibration in rolling mill has been established, and a set of practical measures to suppress the vibration of rolling mills have been summarized. It has achieved remarkable anti-vibration effect and created enormous economic benefits for enterprises.
