普矿配比对红格矿粘结相强度的影响
Effect of Ordinary Ore Ratio on the Bonding Phase Strength of High-Chromium Vanadium-Titanium Magnetite Sinter

【摘要】 以红格高铬型钒钛磁铁矿和承德普矿为原料,通过微型烧结和矿相分析考察了普矿配比对红格烧结矿粘结相强度的影响,以及在相同配比下,碱度及烧结温度对粘结相强度的影响。研究表明:随着普矿配比从0%提高到100%,烧结矿粘结相强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在配比为15%时,粘结相强度最大为7055N;随着碱度的增加,烧结矿粘结相强度逐渐降低;相反的,随着烧结温度的升高,粘结相强度逐渐升高。矿相分析表明,随着普矿配比的增加,烧结矿中钙钛矿含量减少,硅酸钙含量增加。
【Abstract】 High-chromium vanadium titanium magnetite from Hongge region and ordinary ore from Chengde were used as raw materials to investigate the influence of ratio of ordinary ore on the bonding phase strength of Hongge sinter through micro-sintering and mineral phase analysis.At the same time,the basicity and sinter temperature as factors were investigated to the influence of phase intensity with the same ratio.The results show that the bonding phase strength first increases and then decreases as the proportion of the ore increases from 0% to 100%.At a blend ratio of 15%,the strength is the greatest.With the increasing of basicity,the the binding phase strength of the sinter decreases.On the contrary,with the increasing of the sintering temperature,the bonding phase strength increases.The mineral phase analysis shows that the content of perovskite in sinter decreases and calcium silicate content increases with the increase of the ratio.
