煤粉输送过程数值模拟的研究进展

【摘要】 钢铁工业是关乎我国国民经济发展的重要产业,也是能源消耗和物料消耗的大户。高炉炼铁的能源消耗约占钢铁工业能源消耗的60%,而高炉喷煤是降低污染、减少焦炭消耗和降低炼铁成本的重要技术手段之一。目前,煤粉喷吹已经成为一项非常普及的技术,几乎被国内外所有的大中型高炉采用。但由于高炉喷煤系统中流型十分复杂同时受到实验条件等原因限制,结合计算数学和计算流体力学的数值模拟技术已经成为研究煤粉气力输送过程中气-固两相流动的主要方法。本文主要综述了近些年来气力输送过程中气-固两相流动的数值模拟研究进展,并对高炉喷煤过程中气-固两相流气力输送的模拟存在一些问题进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The iron and steel industry is an important pillar for the economic growth as well as a major consumer of energy and resources in China.Blast furnace ironmaking contributes to 60% of energy consumption in the iron and steel industry,and pulverized coal injection(PCI) is one of the most important technologies in reducing pollution,coal consumption and ironmaking cost.The PCI has become a prevailing technology adopted almost in all in medium and large-blast furnaces around the world.However,due to the complexity of flow patterns in the PCI system and the restrictions of experimental conditions,numerical simulation,aided by computational mathematics and computational fluid dynamics,has become the major method for researching the gas and solid flows in the pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal.This paper reviews the progress on numerical simulation of the gas and solid flows in the pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal,and discusses some problems in the simulation of the pneumatic conveying of gas and solid flows in the PCI.
