海洋工程用长寿命耐蚀钢筋HRB400M的工业试制

【摘要】 提出了一种超低碳耐海水腐蚀钢筋,通过连续冷却相转变行为研究和炼轧工艺设计,在工业产线上成功试制了■10-25mm产品。开发钢筋的显微组织为铁素体+贝氏体,力学性能满足HRB400的要求。采用盐雾腐蚀试验箱和电化学工作站评价了耐腐蚀性能,其破钝临界Cl-1浓度为3.8M,耐蚀性比普通HRB400提高5倍以上。开展了闪光对焊试验,开发产品焊接性能良好。

【Abstract】 A ultra-low carbon seawater corrosion resistant rebar HRB400 M was proposed,and industrial product of ■10-25 mm were successful produced through study on continuous cooling transformation behavior and process design of steel-making and hot rolling.The industrial developed steel shows a microstructure of ferrite and bainite,and satisfies with mechanical property requirement of HRB400.Corrosion property of the developed steel was evaluated by tests from both salt spray corrosion and electro-chemical workstation,breaking blunt critical Cl-1 concentration is 3.8 M and its corrosion resistant property is more than 5 times as comared to conventional HRB400.Flash butt welding tests were conducted,and good weldability of the developed steel was suggested.
