【摘要】 城乡协调创建乡村景观的适老化服务功能,是破解城市养老难题、乡村创新发展的突破口。本文以北京小浮坨村、琉璃渠村和龙聚山庄为研究区域,分析了老年人在乡村居住的动机和对景观服务功能的需求。研究结果表明:居住的意愿和景观需求与人群类型和文化程度呈正相关,城市迁居或高学历老人对乡村原生态和现代化、便利设施的需求更高。同时,结合乡村景观的调查与评价,探究了不同类型乡村景观的适老化改造定位和策略,以期为乡村景观建设提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The coordination between urban and rural areas to create elderly-oriented services will be a breakthrough to solve the problem and innovate the pension model.This paper takes three villages in Beijing,namely Xiaofutuo, Liuliqu and Longjushanzhuang as examples to analyze the living motivations,views on the future development of the countryside and needs for the landscape services of the elderly.The results show that the willingness to live in the villages and the landscape demands are positively correlated with the types of population and the degree of education,and elderly people who move from urban areas or are well-educated have higher demand for rural original ecology and modem facilities.Secondly,based on the investigation of the current situations of rural landscape and the results of expert evaluation,this paper puts forward some elderly-oriented transformation strategies aimed at different types of rural landscape for the purpose of providing a reference for the construction of elderly-oriented rural landscape.更多还原
