Ka波段缝隙耦合微带天线阵列设计

【摘要】 本文设计了一种基于H型缝隙和领结形贴片的Ka波段8×8缝隙耦合微带天线阵列。通过使用领结形贴片代替矩形贴片,激励多个模式,引入了新的谐振点进而展宽了带宽。通过使用H型缝隙,增大贴片和馈线之间的耦合强度,进而展宽了天线的带宽。该天线阵列能够实现在36.5 GHz处20 dBi的实测增益,忽略馈线及接头损耗等因素,口径效率达到41.12%。
【Abstract】 A Ka-band 8 X8 slot-coupled microstrip antenna array based on H-type slot and bow-tie patch is designed in thi paper.By using a bow-tie patch instead of a rectangular patch,multiple modes are excited,a new resonant point is introduce and the bandwidth is broadened.By using an H-shaped slit,the amount of coupling between the patch and the feedline i increased to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna.The antenna array can realize the measured gain of 20 dBi at 36.5 GHz an the aperture efficiency reaches 41.12%,regardless of the feedline and joint loss.
