基于二氧化钒可调谐太赫兹超材料调制器设计

【摘要】 本文提出一种二氧化钒与金属组合的T形结构,基于二氧化钒相变原理实现了双频带的可调谐性。通过温控二氧化钒使谐振点从相变前的3.84 THz变成相变后的3.6 THz和4.29 THz,可调范围最大为0.45 THz。谐振频点偏移的同时调制器相位也发生显著变化,相变前后相位变化最大为68°,具有相位调制的潜力。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a "T" structure combining vanadium dioxide and metal is proposed.The dual-band tunability is achieved based on the vanadium dioxide phase change principle.The temperature-controlled vanadium dioxide can change the resonance point from 3.84 THz before the phase change to 3.6 THz and 4.29 THz after the phase change,and the maximum adjustable range is 0.45 THz.At the same time as the resonance frequency shifts,the phase of the modulator also changes significantly,and the maximum phase change is 68°,which has the potential for phase modulation.
