蜀南地区高阶煤层气井结垢机理及防垢工艺研究

【摘要】 随着气田开发时间的延长,蜀南高阶煤层气井的结垢现象日趋严重,因结垢引起的卡泵、不出液等现象严重影响了气井的正常生产,需进行防垢工艺研究。通过对结垢物成分及来源分析,发现区域结垢物成分较为复杂,且实验表征结垢物主要是因地层产出的矿物颗粒合并并沉积于泵筒中导致。结合此认识,初步摸索出以HEDP为主要药剂的分散防聚沉的防垢对策。该防垢对策在蜀南高阶煤层气田进行了初期应用,取得了良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the gasfield, the scaling of the high rank CBM well insouth Sichuan region has gone worse and affected the production of gas field heavily.So it is important to explore method of controlling scale.According to the composition and the resource of the scaling substance,it can be found that the composition of it is complex, and the particles from the informationbecame scaling substance by the combination reaction and sedimentation. Based on this analysis,the idea of scattering particle is put forward,and the HEDP is the main agent.The early application of the solution in wells has produced good results.更多还原
