【摘要】 通过对1080名基层青年公务员进行数据调查发现,基层青年公务员的工作生活质量处于较低水平;在提升薪酬水平、扩大休闲空间等方面呈现出较大需求;薪酬水平、升迁发展、心理健康、生理健康、工作环境方面的因素是影响基层青年公务员的工作生活质量水平的主要因素。针对这些问题,提升基层青年公务员的工作生活质量主要从以下几个方面着手:一是建构有效的制度激励环境,二是形塑良好的组织保障氛围,三是营造健康的个体发展空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the survey of 620 young civil servants at the grass-roots level,we found that the quality of working life of young civil servants at the grass-roots level was at a low level;there is a great demand in salary level and work leisure;the factors of salary level,promotion and development,mental health,physical health and working environment are the main factors affecting the quality of working life of young civil servants at the grass-roots level.In view of these problems,to improve the quality of working life of young civil servants at the grass-roots level,we should start from the following aspects:first,to construct an effective institutional incentive environment;second,to shape a good organizational security atmosphere;and third,to create a healthy individual development space.更多还原
