【摘要】 美国当代非裔女作家格罗丽亚·内勒的处女作《布鲁斯特街的女人们》一经问世就获得巨大成功。本文从成长小说视角出发,结合文本分析,探讨黑人女性因摆脱束缚逃离原生家庭,来到布鲁斯特街,成为彼此的引路人和皈依,再到实现自我的超越和自我的价值。这一步步的成长使得布鲁斯特街的人们看到了生活的希望,也使当代非裔美国人得到了不少启发,即只有相互团结起来,化解内部矛盾,才能迎来生活的希望,更好地生存。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Women of Brewster Place is the maiden work of the contemporary African American female writer Gloria Naylor, which was an immediate success after publication. From the perspective of Bildungsroman and with textual analysis combined, this paper discusses how black women escape from bondage, comfort each other and unite to realize self-growth. The process of their step-by-step growth not only give people in Brewster Place but also modern African Americans enlightenment, that is, only if they can solve internal conflicts and unite as one can they live a better life.更多还原
