【摘要】 东方蜜蜂与西方蜜蜂是亲缘关系非常近的近缘种,两者的生态位非常相似,自20世纪初西方蜜蜂被引入我国后,与东方蜜蜂的种间竞争就没有间断过。同场地放蜂时西方蜜蜂对东方蜜蜂感染蜜蜂病毒的影响还不明确。本实验拟利用分子生物学检测技术通过检测西方蜜蜂放蜂前、后供试东方蜜蜂感染病毒病的变化,研究同区域放蜂时西方蜜蜂对东方蜜蜂感染蜜蜂病毒的影响。结果表明西方蜜蜂放蜂后,鲁特和下阿来两试验点的东方蜜蜂新增了蜜蜂慢性麻痹病毒(CBPV),走马田试验点新增了以色列急性麻痹病毒(IAPV),下庄科试验点新增了蜜蜂畸翅病毒(DWV),这说明同区域放蜂时西方蜜蜂会加剧东方蜜蜂感染蜜蜂病毒,但蜜蜂病毒跨种传播的途径还需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Apis mellifera,the relative species of Apis cerana,were introduced into China at the beginning of 20 th century and because of the higher overlap of niches,competition seems to occur between A.mellifera and A.cerana incessantly.However,impacts of A.mellifera on the infection of honeybee viruses for A.cerana when released at the same district are still unclear.To analyze the effects of Apis mellifera on the virus infection of Apis cerana released in the same region,the infection status of six common bee viruses of A.cerana were detected before and after releasing A.mellifera with molecular biotechniques.The results showed that A.cerana colonies in LT and XAL were infected chronic bee paralysis virus(CBPV) after releasing A.mellifera.The colony of A.cerana in ZMT was infected Israeli acute paralysis virus(IAPV) and deformed wing virus(DWV) was detected in A.cerana colony in XZK.The results indicated that releasing A.mellifera may results in the deterioration of virus infection of A.cerana,but the pathway of the cross-species infection of honeybee viruses need to be further researched.更多还原
