蜂花粉及其破壁提取物对前列腺增生的治疗作用
The effects of bee pollen and its extract on the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia

【摘要】 本研究选用温差破壁后的四种蜂花粉的乙醇提取物和未破壁的蜂花粉,对比他们对前列腺增生的治疗作用:通过给大鼠皮下注射丙酸睾酮建立前列腺增生模型,并分别灌胃不同蜂花粉的原料和提取物;28天后,用酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清中双氢睾酮(DHT)、雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(T)的含量;取前列腺和体内器官并称重。结果表明治疗组大鼠的脾脏都变小了,而肾脏显著增大。四种蜂花粉原料均能显著降低大鼠的前列腺指数(P<0.01),油菜蜂花粉提取物和荷花蜂花粉提取物能显著降低大鼠的前列腺指数。对比不同蜂花粉原料组和蜂花粉提取物组的大鼠前列腺指数发现,四种蜂花粉原料组的前列腺指数均小于蜂花粉提取物组,表明原料花粉治疗大鼠前列腺增生的效果更好。四种蜂花粉原料均能使得血清中E2的含量显著升高(P<0.01),油菜蜂花粉、山茶蜂花粉和莲花蜂花粉能显著降低大鼠体内的T和DHT的含量(P<0.01)。实验结果显示四种蜂花粉对大鼠前列腺增生均有一定的抑制效果,油菜蜂花粉的抑制效果最好,作用机理与调节大鼠血清中雌/雄激素的含量有关。
【Abstract】 The effects of four species of bee pollen(rape bee pollen,camellia bee pollen,lotus bee pollen and buckwheat bee pollen)and their extracts,which were extracted by ethanol after wall-broken by temperature-change method,on benign prostatic hyperplasia rats were researched.Four different species of bee pollen and their extracts were fed to model rat(with benign hyperplasia of prostate(BPH)),which were subcutaneously injected with testosterone propionate.After 28 days,the estradiol(E2) content,testosterone(T) content and dihydro testosterone(DHT) content from the serum were determined by ELISA.The weight of prostate and other organs were measured.The results showed that the spleen became smaller and the kidney became bigger.Four species of bee pollen and the extraction of rape bee pollen and lotus bee pollen could significantly reduce the prostate index.The prostate indexes of rat with bee pollen were smaller than those with their extract,which mean that the treatment effect of bee pollen was better than their extracts.Four species of bee pollen significantly improved the E2 content in serum.In addition,rape bee pollen,camellia bee pollen,lotus bee pollen significantly reduced T and DHT contents.Four species of bee pollen,especially the rape bee pollen reduced the prostate index of prostatic hyperplasia rats.The mechanism may be related with that bee pollen adjusted the androgen and estrogen contents.
