不同添加剂对新型聚砜超滤膜性能的影响

【摘要】 本文通过改变添加剂种类和添加剂含量,制备出了一种水通量高、截留效果明显的高性能聚砜超滤膜。分别考察了有机小分子添加剂、有机大分子添加剂、无机小分子添加剂等三个种类的添加剂对新型聚砜超滤膜性能的影响。研究发现随着铸膜液中有机小分子添加剂吐温80的含量增加,聚砜超滤膜水通量逐渐降低,截留率明显升高;随着有机大分子添加剂PVP含量的增加,水通量先略微下降后明显上升,截留率呈现相反趋势;无机小分子添加剂LiCl制备的超滤膜的水通量明显高于其他组;聚砜超滤膜最佳配比是PSF18%、PVP1.5%、LiCl.5%、DMAC79%。在不同测试压力下性能测试表明新型聚砜超滤膜具有非常好的耐压性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a high performance polysulfone ultrafiltration(PSF-UF) membrane with high water flux and obvious retention effect was prepared by changing the type and content of additives. The effects of three kinds of additives, including organic small molecule, organic large molecule and inorganic small molecule, on the performance of novel PSF-UF membrane were investigated. It was found that with the increase of Tween 80 content, the water flux of membrane decreased gradually, and the rejection rate increased significantly. With the increase of PVP content, the water flux first decreased slightly and then increased significantly, and the rejection rate showed the opposite trend. The water flux of membrane prepared by LiCl was significantly higher. The performance tests under test pressures show that the PSF-UF membrane has very good pressure resistance.
