一种梁式压电振动陀螺仪的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了一种新型梁式压电陀螺仪,它由具有翻转层的铌酸锂板制成。这种压电复合梁在交流电驱动电压作用下产生弯曲振动,并绕着梁的轴线方向转动时,引起的科里奥利力产生垂直于原来弯曲运动方向的次生弯曲振动并产生输出电压。利用这一效应来检测转动的角速率。本文从压电材料的基本方程出发,推导了用于陀螺仪的压电复合梁的振动方程,给出了输出电压与角速度、驱动频率、阻抗的关系。
【Abstract】 A new type of beam piezoelectric gyroscope is studied in this paper, which is made from lithium niobate plate with a ferroelectric inversion layer. When the composite piezoelectric beam is electrically driven into flexural vibration and is rotating about the beam axis, the Coriolis force due to rotation causes a flexural vibration in a perpendicular direction with an electrical output, which can be used to measure the angular rate of the rotation. Based on the fundamental equations of piezoelectric material, the vibration equation of the composite beam for gyroscope is derived, and the relations among the output voltage and angular velocity, driven frequency and the impedance of the output circuit are presented.
