基于2-2型压电复合材料的新型径向换能器设计思路

【摘要】 本文对压电复合材料做了简单介绍,并对2-2型压电复合材料进行了重点调研,发现该材料比较传统压电陶瓷,具有低阻抗、低机械品质因数、介电常数低和静压压电常数高、频带宽等优点。在径向压电换能器的设计中,我们往往希望其具有更高的机电耦合系数、更宽的工作频带和更高的灵敏度,并且要求换能器在工作频带内模态更加明确,尽量减少其他方向的耦合振动。因此,本文提出了一种将2-2型压电复合材料应用于新型径向复合超声换能器的设计方案。
【Abstract】 In this paper, piezoelectric composites are briefly introduced, and 2-2 piezoelectric composites are investigated, and it is found that compared with traditional piezoelectric ceramics, this composite has the advantages of low impedance, low mechanical quality factor, low dielectric constant, high static piezoelectric constant and wide frequency band. In the design of radial piezoelectric transducers, we often hope that they have higher electromechanical coupling coefficient, wider working frequency band and higher sensitivity, and require the transducers to have more explicit modes in working frequency band, so as to reduce coupling vibration in other directions as far as possible. Therefore, this paper presents a design scheme of applying 2-2 type piezoelectric composites to a new radial composite ultrasonic transducer.
