入耳式护听器声衰减测试方法可行性研究

【摘要】 在高噪声的环境中,需要通过佩戴护听器来避免噪声对听力的损害。但是护听器的种类繁多,且个体佩戴后存在差异。为帮助人们可以有效的选择适合自己的护听器,提出了一款入耳式护听器声衰减测试设备。该设备对入耳式护听器进行开孔处理后,测试其内外的声压级,获得声衰减值。本论文针对该设备的声衰减值在人工头和真耳佩戴时的差异,研究该测试设备的可靠性及准确性。研究结果表明,真耳佩戴与人工头佩戴测试数据差异很大,每个人的耳道不同造成了同一款入耳式护听器,不同人佩戴的防护效果不同。入耳式护听器经过开孔破坏,基本不影响其声衰减量,形成了破坏。该测试设备不适用于圣诞树型入耳式护听器。
【Abstract】 In high noise environment, it is necessary to wear hearing protectors to avoid noise damage. But there are many kinds of hearing protectors, which makes different level of protection. In order to help people effectively choose their own hearing protectors, an Ear-plug Hearing Protectors test equipment is proposed. The sound.evel has been measured inside and outside of the protector. In this paper, the reliability and accuracy of the test equipment are studied according to the difference of the Noise Reduction value between the artificial head and the real ear. The results show that the test data of real ear wear and artificial head wear are quite different. Each person’s ear canal is different, which results in the same ear protector, and the protective effect of different people’s wearing is different. The damage of the hearing protector is basically not affected of the noise reduction. This test equipment is not suitable for Christmas tree type hearing protector.
