具有延长颈的耦合Helmholtz谐振腔接收换能器

【摘要】 为了有效收集环境中的噪声并将噪声中的声能高效转化为电能,本文给出了一种基于耦合Helmholtz谐振腔的接收换能器,并通过在谐振腔的颈部加不同长度的延长颈来改善换能器的声波转换效率和频带宽度。利用有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics的声-结构耦合模块,对耦合Helmholtz谐振腔的声能转换效率进行了数值仿真。结果表明,当两个具有不同孔径不同延长颈的Helmholtz谐振腔耦合时,相邻腔中的声压相位可以达到完全相反,处在它们之间的压电片由于同时受到两侧的推拉力,在声波作用下可以得到较高的输出电压,通过调整延长颈的长度,可以分别实现耦合腔的高灵敏度接收和宽频带接收。具有延长颈的耦合Helmholtz谐振腔接收换能器具有结构简单,易于调节的特点。
【Abstract】 In order to effectively collect the noise in the environment and efficiently convert the sound energy in the noise into electric energy, a receiving transducer based on coupling Helmholtz resonator is presented in this paper, and the acoustic conversion efficiency and bandwidth of the transducer are improved by adding different lengths of extension necks to the neck of the resonator. The acoustic energy conversion efficiency of coupled Helmholtz resonator was simulated by using the acoustic-structural coupling module of FINITE element software COMSOL Multiphysics. Results show that when the two have different aperture coupling different extended neck of Helmholtz resonator, the sound pressure phase in the adjacent cavity can achieve exactly the opposite, in the piezoelectric patches between them due by both sides of the push pull at the same time, under the effect of sound waves can get high output voltage, by adjusting the extend the length of the neck, can respectively coupled cavity of high sensitivity receiving and broad band receiver. Coupled Helmholtz resonator receiver transducer with extended neck has the characteristics of simple structure and easy adjustment.
