双叠片弯曲振动换能器的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of double laminated bending vibration transducer

【摘要】 对自由边界条件下的双叠片圆盘弯曲振动换能器进行有限元分析,利用有限元分析软件模拟了双叠片弯曲振动换能器在空气中的前三阶弯曲振动模态,得到了不同弯曲振动模态下的谐振频率以及有效机电耦合系数;研究了谐振频率和有效机电耦合系数随金属片半径和厚度变化的规律。结果表明,有效机电耦合系数随着金属片半径和厚度变化时有一最优值,为双叠片弯曲振动换能器的设计和应用提供了一定的理论支持。
【Abstract】 The finite element analysis of the bending vibration transducer with double laminations under free boundary conditions was conducted, and the first three-order bending vibration modes of the bending vibration transducer with double laminations in air were simulated using finite element software, and we obtained the resonance frequency and effective electromechanical coupling coefficient in different bending vibration modes; studied the law of resonance frequency and effective electromechanical coupling coefficient with the radius and thickness of the metal sheet. The results show that the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient has an optimal value when the radius and thickness of the metal sheet change, which provides a certain theoretical support for the design and application of the double-layer bending vibration transducer.
