低透水材料对水声换能器绝缘性能的研究

【摘要】 聚氨酯橡胶是水声换能器的包覆材料,对水声换能器有密封和透声的作用。但聚氨酯橡胶受限于材料内部基团-NCO的存在,使其在耐水方面有明显的缺陷。本文在换能器聚氨酯表面涂覆一层低透水系数的氯丁橡胶或氯化丁基橡胶,通过测试换能器泡水过程中绝缘电阻值和换能器涂覆前后阻抗值,分析出不同透水系数的涂层对换能器绝缘电阻和阻抗的影响,以及不同厚度的氯化丁基橡胶涂层对换能器绝缘电阻和阻抗的影响。
【Abstract】 Polyurethane rubber is the coating material of underwater acoustic transducer,which has the function of sealing and sound transmission.However,polyurethane rubber has obvious defects in water resistance due to the existence of internal group –NCO.In this paper,a layer of chloroprene rubber or chlorinated butyl rubber with low permeability coefficient is coated on the surface of transducer polyurethane.By measuring the insulation resistance value and the impedance value before and after the transducer is coated,The influence of coatings with different permeability coefficient on the insulation resistance and impedance of transducer and the influence of coatings with different thickness of chlorinated butyl rubber on the insulation resistance and impedance of transducer are analyzed.
