基于SiPM的高精度激光测距系统研究

【摘要】 基于脉冲式激光测距系统的实际应用需求及新型光电探测器硅光电倍增管(Silicon Photo Multiplier,SiPM)用于激光探测的优势,以SiPM探测器作为回波激光脉冲接收探测器,设计了一套基于SiPM的高精度脉冲式激光测距系统。对SiPM探测器的性能及脉冲式激光测距系统整体性能进行了具体理论分析,并设计具体模块、搭建测试系统,并对系统性能进行实验验证。该系统的性能测试结果表明,在2-100m测量范围内,测量结果标准差最小为0.48 cm,精度最高可达1.439 cm,且测距结果与实际距离标定值的线性拟合相关系数为1,能满足基于SiPM的高精度脉冲式激光测距系统在精度、线性度等方面的实际应用需求。

【Abstract】 Because of the practical application requirements of pulsed laser ranging system and the advantages of SiPM detectors for echo detection,a high-precision pulsed laser ranging system based on SiPM was designed,in which SiPM is used as the detector of echo laser pulse.The performances of SiPM and pulsed laser ranging system were analyzed.Modules were designed,test system was built,and the system performances were verified by test.The results at the range of 2-100 m showed that the minimum standard deviation of the measurement results was 0.48 cm,and the precision was as high as 1.439 cm.The linear fitting correlation coefficient between the ranging result and the actual calibration value was 1.The result showed that this system can meet with the practical application requirements of precision and linearity,pulsed laser ranging system based on SiPM.
