某跨河桥钢箱梁吊装方案与临时支架结构数值模拟分析

【摘要】 某跨河桥为三跨变高度钢-混凝土混合连续钢箱梁桥,受场地限制条件,钢箱梁安装难度较大。基于现场条件分析,提出钢箱梁吊装的较优总体方案及其实施步骤,给出吊装临时支架结构构造。应用midas软件,建立了临时支架和先装梁段整体工作模型,分别进行了先装梁段、临时支撑贝雷梁、立柱的应力和位移的数值模拟分析。结果表明,建议方案能够满足中间大梁段的吊装要求。
【Abstract】 A river crossing bridge is a three span and variable height steel-concrete composite continuous steel box girder bridge,which is difficult to install due to site constraints.Based on the analysis of site conditions,a better overall scheme and implementation steps of steel box girder hoisting are proposed,and the structure of hoisting temporary support is given.By using midas software,the whole working model of the temporary support and the pre-installed beam is established,and the stress and displacement of the pre-installed beam,the temporary support Bailey beam and the column are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the proposed scheme can meet the hoisting requirements of the middle girder section.
